Internship in Japan with Scaling Your Company
Scaling our company was created by Tyson Batino, the founder of BFF Tokyo, Japan Switch, and One Coin English.
The goal is to provide coaching and consulting to small business owners to grow from Point A ($100,000 - $3,000,000) to Point B ($1,000,000 - $10,000,000) based on my experience growing One Coin English to the 7th biggest English school chain for adults in Japan with 200 employees.
My goal is to help business owners and key members of their team to make the mental and company process changes needed to scale their company.
LinkedIN Marketing - November 2022
Looking for one intern to help me expand my influence on LinkedIN. I currently have 1300 followers, 580 LinkedIN newsletter subscribers and receive 20 - 200 likes per post.
Main Duties : Help me create interesting B2B content and posts to get around 50 - 200 likes and engagements. One example of a very successful content that another intern created for me is "Investor List for Foreign Founders in Japan," which is a list of investors who have already invested in non-Japanese business owners in Japan that went viral on Japan LinkedIN.
You will also conduct research on LinkedIN engagement and help us understand the LinkedIN algorithm to maximize our engagement.
Secondary Duties : Majority will be the above, but helping out with other marketing projects.
Content Marketing - November 2022
Looking for one intern to help with the content creation below.
Main Duties : You would create SEO articles for keywords to help acquire more customers in the future. Here are some example keywords we want your help to acquire : startups in Japan, accelerators in Japan, angel investment in Japan, corporate venture capital in Japan, and other business topics.
We would provide SEO training and tools and a framework I used for growing my previous company from 0 - 30,000 monthly visitors in Japan.
Secondary Duties : You will create business newsletter content for our email list and other types of content to spread awareness of our business. Website development may be a possibility as well.

- Minimum commitment of 2 months
- Minimum commitment of 20 - 25 hours a week

- We may offer paid freelancer work after internship
- We just made a hire and are not looking to hire another full-time employee at the moment.
- The internship would be done remotely only
